Imran Mughal: To raise money for IKCA, I took on the world famous Route 66 by bike.

“I can honestly say, without a shadow of a doubt, that every mile was worth it.”

Imran Mughal cycled the length of Route 66, for cancer patients in Pakistan. He completed 3,200 miles in just 46 days, and raised over £4,800 for Imran Khan Cancer Appeal. This is what Imran had to say about the challenge.

“In taking on this challenge, I set out to raise awareness of cancer, and funds which could save the lives of cancer patients in Pakistan. For me it was an unforgettable ride. The thought that my journey has had a positive impact on those who suffer from cancer, makes me feel like this challenge was the biggest achievement of my life. So many generous people from all over, supported me. I thank everyone who donated, however big or small. I hope my effort will inspire others to take up similar challenges. I can honestly say, without a shadow of a doubt, that every mile was worth it.”
