Online Fitness Classes

Ready to join the virtual training revolution? Sign up for IKCA’s online, fitness classes with Stemz Fitness. At just £5 a session, and from the comfort of your own home, your New Year’s resolutions to stay fit and healthy couldn’t be easier to keep.

Stemz Fitness have joined with IKCA to donate six fitness sessions in support of Shaukat Khanum Hospital. That means the £5 you pay to get fit, will go towards providing free cancer care for poor patients. It’s a win-win situation, where you’ll saving lives while staying fit.

ABOUT THE FITNESS CLASSES

IKCA’s fitness classes with Stemz Fitness are for women and men. Each session is a 45-minute low intensity, low impact workout, aimed to:

  • Improve heart and lung health
  • Improve circulation
  • Strengthen your muscles
  • Boost your mood and energy levels

The exercises are suitable for all ages and fitness levels, and you can do them standing or seated in a chair. To take part, all you’ll need is an exercise mat, and no other extra equipment.

At the end of each session, there’ll be a 15-minute healthy eating discussion with tips to help you to make healthier food choices.

ABOUT OUR TRAINER

Our trainer is Ems, a professional group fitness and gym instructor. Ems is highly motivated to help others reach their health and fitness goals. She is enthusiastic about encouraging healthy bodies and minds, through promoting activities that can transform those unhelpful habits we all have into habits that boost potential.

With an NHS background in weight management and public health promotion, Ems also has a keen interest in nutrition. She operates various weekly fitness classes for local fitness providers, and is co-owner and lead instructor at Stemz Fitness.
