Training

We offer medical training programmes and fellowships in an effort to cultivate new minds in the fight against cancer.

Shaukat Khanum Memorial Cancer Hospital (SKMCH) also runs awareness raising programmes. These cover everything from cancer-oriented community education to seminars and conferences in the fields of oncology, nursing, housekeeping, fundraising, and biomedical engineering.

Our researchers are continually working to develop research infrastructure and building capacity. They do so by teaching, training, and supervising masters and doctoral level programmes in collaboration with both national and international universities.

SKMCH offers resident training programmes and fellowships in fields ranging from Internal Medicine to Radiology. Our programmes emphasise teaching by experience in an institution which boasts state-of-the-art facilities and a dedicated team of physicians who provide specialised patient care on par with international standards. Please see below for our list of opportunities. If you have any further questions, please email our elective coordinator office at [email protected].
